Description What’s involved: You will be playing a key role in supporting the growth and optimisation of Brown Family Wine Group’s Direct-To-Consumer, Customer eCommerce and Business to Business eCommerce channels. This role has a focus on day-to-day execution, performance optimisation and continuous improvement of the online experience. Every day will be different, but some of your main responsibilities include: Omni-Channel Operations & Execution. Performance & Optimisation. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support. Customer Experience. Reporting & Insights. Skills And Experiences What you’ll need to succeed: Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce. 5 years experience in eCommerce and/or direct consumer sales. Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm for developing new initiatives. Online subscription sales experience will be highly regarded. Wine or beverages experience will be highly regarded. Proficient in Excel and adept at quicky picking up new systems and processes. Knowledge of HTML, Shopify and Klaviyo.
