To continue our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team at our Clayton South office, VIC. This position plays a vital role in our daily operation. Position: Systems Analyst Annual Salary: $77,000 Superannuation Responsibilities: ·Participating in the development of cooperate IT systems including business software package, company website, inventory database, etc. ·Examining business processes to identify inefficiencies in existing systems and drive for innovation ·Applying best practice techniques in identifying and proposing functional solutions to operational contexts ·Developing system specifications that can realise the expectations on system functionality ·Assisting in system development, upgrade, and maintenance projects ·Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming a project team, establishing project budget ·Coordinating with technical support team to investigate system errors and find appropriate solutions ·Planning and undertaking regular tests on cooperate IT systems ·Consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess system requirements. ·Configuring and maintaining backup for all internal and client’s databases using Unleashed software ·Preparing and reviewing operational reports or project progress reports ·Preparing user manuals and providing training to system users ·Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies Qualifications, Experience and Skills: ·Bachelor’s degree or above with major in information systems or relevant areas ·A minimum of 2 year of experience as a Systems Analyst ·High level knowledge of CCTV security systems and their applications ·Understanding of business operations and ICT specifications ·Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project) ·Strong interpersonal and communication skills ·Attention to details ·Ability to perform multi-tasks and determine priorities ·Ability to work in a team and work on your own ·Project management skills If you meet the above qualifications and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we invite you to apply for this position.
