About the Job We are looking for a commercially-minded Digital Creative Strategist (Coco & Eve) with strong motion capability and a deep understanding of performance marketing creative. This is not a traditional brand-only design role — and it is not a purely executional creative role either. You sit at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and digital experience design. You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping, conversion-driven digital assets across paid media, web and CRM—while maintaining an elevated, premium brand aesthetic. You thrive in a fast-paced DTC environment where: Creative is tested. Iteration is constant. Performance data informs decisions. Speed matters. You combine strong design fundamentals with performance marketing awareness and use AI-enabled workflows to increase creative velocity and testing output. Requirements Performance & Paid Media Creative Design high-performing static and motion assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid channels. Create scroll-stopping ads with strong hooks, clear CTAs and platform-native formatting. Translate performance insights (CTR, CVR, ROAS, thumbstop rate) into refined creative iterations. Work closely with the performance marketing team to optimise and iterate quickly. Transform UGC and internal content into conversion-led paid media assets. Produce multiple creative variations to support A/B testing frameworks - with a clear hypothesis behind each test, not just volume Motion-First Creative Develop motion-led digital ads (short-form video, animated graphics, dynamic text overlays). Create compelling edits from existing footage for paid and social placements. Ensure assets are designed for mobile-first, sound-off and high-scroll environments. Explore new formats and platform updates to maintain creative edge. Digital creative strategy and content architecture Own the digital creative strategy across all growth functions — not just what assets look like, but how content flows across paid social, affiliates, CRM, TikTok Shop and organic simultaneously Set and maintain digital brand guidelines that creative execution works against Build and own the creator and whitelisting strategy — identifying top organic performers on ShopMy and LTK, developing the framework for paid amplification behind creator content, and building the creator ecosystem that generates content for multiple channels in one motion Brief internal and external creative teams with precision — specific hooks, platform context, performance objectives and iteration criteria Push channel leads on what creative is and isn't working, and why AI-Enabled Creative Production Actively leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and other generative workflows) to develop rapid visual concepts, explore new creative directions, generate testing variations efficiently, and increase speed without compromising quality Stay proactive in exploring new AI tools that improve efficiency and creative output Brand & Campaign Support Support art direction development through moodboards and shoot decks. Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines while pushing performance outcomes. Role Requirements 5 years experience in digital design (agency or in-house, DTC preferred). Proven experience creating performance marketing assets for paid media that you can demonstrate drove measurable results — not just a portfolio of things that looked good Understanding of digital ad specs and platform best practices. Strong understanding of digital ad specs and platform best practices across Meta and TikTok specifically Ability to respond to performance data and iterate — you ask why something worked, not just what to make next Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma Strong motion and video editing skills (After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent) Experience designing for ecommerce and email Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with multiple brands AI curiosity and hands-on experience using generative tools to enhance workflow Experience working across multiple brands or in a portfolio environment is a strong plus Your profile Strategically curious — you understand why content performs across platforms, not just how to make it Commercially aware — you think in outcomes, not just outputs Fast, organised and solutions-oriented Energised by growth-stage environments Comfortable operating with autonomy and pushing back with data when needed Equally comfortable briefing a creator and wireframing a checkout flow Reporting structure Reports to Head of Brand, Coco & Eve.
