We are looking for an exceptional kitchen leader for our Dome Koombana Bay store in Bunbury who thrives in busy environment and enjoys being part of a team. We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager from a similar environment who excels in leading and developing people and enjoys exceeding guest expectations. You will be passionate about ensuring the Dome menu is offered to a high standard consistently. You will take responsibility for stock management and maintaining a clean and safe environment for your team. You will work with the management team to build the business and control costs. We're hoping you will enjoy: Leading and coaching a team to work effectively and efficiently, inspiring others to learn and develop. Managing costs in a business to meet targets and identifying opportunities to build the business.
