Key Qualifications Minimum 1 years’ experience within the construction industry (commercial construction experience highly regarded) Sound knowledge and practical application of construction and building regulations, including the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and relevant Australian Standards Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (or currently working towards) preferred Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Autodesk training and proficiency desirable Skills & Technical Capability Working knowledge of project coordination and contract administration processes Experience assisting with procurement scheduling, forecasting and programme tracking Ability to support claims, payment processes and compliance with industry payment legislation Competent in project documentation control including RFIs, shop drawings, ITPs and QA records Exposure to Work Package Method Statements (WPMS) and high-risk work documentation Understanding of WHS legislation and site-based safety management systems Experience using project management and construction software including AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project and Jobpac (or similar systems) Strong administrative capability including reporting, data entry, time sheets and cash flow tracking Personal Attributes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to anticipate risks Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors and internal teams Collaborative team player who contributes positively to site culture Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project environment Safety-focused with a genuine commitment to compliance and continuous improvement Willingness to learn, grow and take ownership of responsibilities
