Princess Polly is looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-focused Resourcing Product Developer to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Sustainability Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in resourcing apparel and accessories styles, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality, speed to market, and alignment with our sourcing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment and enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and driving outcomes. What you’ll be doing High-volume resourcing of apparel and accessories styles across multiple categories Managing supplier relationships and identifying the best partners based on strengths and capabilities Maintaining quality, fit, and design integrity of resourced styles Ensuring adherence to lead times and critical path requirements Managing production trackers and ensuring timely resolutions (14–28 days) Supporting priority resourcing assignments across the business Contributing to our sustainability initiatives by increasing styles made with Lower Impact materials Working collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to achieve win–win outcomes What you'll bring 2 years’ experience in product development, sourcing, or procurement within fashion Strong knowledge of garment construction and product development processes Established relationships with factories and supply bases Understanding of procurement principles including supplier selection and negotiation Highly organised with strong attention to detail A proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset Ethical and values-driven in your approach to sourcing and supplier partnerships If you’re a natural go-getter with a passion for product and supply chain, and you thrive under pressure to deliver results, we’d love to hear from you.
