Call Centre Operator - Clinical Trial Recruitment Your Role in Our Future As our Call Centre Operator you will play a key role in the recruitment of participants across a broad range of clinical trials. which take place across our Nedlands and Joondalup clinical trial centres. Once potential participants register their interest online, you will then contact them via phone, conduct some basic pre-screening questions to ensure they meet the trial requirements and then book their medical screening appointment with our screening team. In this dynamic, service-driven role, you’ll play a key part in achieving both individual and team goals by managing inbound and outbound calls and seeing firsthand how your contribution drives the success of groundbreaking clinical trials. Some of your duties will include; Work towards set KPI's to ensure adequate numbers of trial participants are sourced in line with study requirements. Review online applications and conduct pre-screening interviews with prospective participants. Schedule follow up appointments with the clinic teams following pre-screening interview. Provide assistance to volunteers with online applications and submissions. Your Experience With multiple positions available, if you have great customer service skills, get a kick out of smashing goals and want to contribute to medical research, we want to hear from you!
