The role This role is accountable for leading a high performing team to deliver exceptional repair networks outcomes based on the following core dimensions; Average Repair Cost Customer Satisfaction (NPS) Repair Duration Repair Quality Continuously improve performance of the Fixed Cost and Non Fixed Cost networks through optimal cost, quality, timeliness outcomes. Operational delivery of the 1-3 year operational plan that supports Claims and Assessing divisional strategic objectives. Deliver and maintain strong customer experience across the Motor Repair Network Developing & Executing operational plans to ensure control system effectiveness In Network Non Fixed Cost cost pools Develop and maintain effective relationships across the A&G motor repair network and broader motor repair industry (state specific) Contributing to and execution of the In Network Fixed Cost commercial strategy relating to Super Centre and Fixed Cost network performance. Ensure systems thinking is developed and maintained across the broader insured and third party cost pools. Accountable for maintaining repair quality and mitigating repair rectification. Maintain strong control of repair duration within the Fixed Cost and Non Fixed Cost networks Manage and develop the network performance consultants to maximize performance of Network repairers Responsible for maintaining high performance with high integrity culture Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative & regulatory requirements including industry codes. Executing best practice assessing by embedding ‘Assessing The A&G Way’. Maintaining strong engagement across all levels of the leadership team from frontline leader to Claims Operations leadership team. Support the Commercial & Supply function to maintain, develop and support the relationships with external partners Identifying opportunity for continuous improvement (people, process & technology) Drive improved productivity and capability of the workforce across business functions. What experience you’ll bring Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience (preferred); 5 years’ operational management experience, preferably within financial services. A proven ability to manage supply chain performance, preferably across the smash repair industry. Strong working knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements as it relates to the Insurance industry. A strong tactical and strategic decision making ability. Self-motivated with an ability to work autonomously to manage competing priorities. Ability to build and sustain effective relationships both internally and externally.
