Their technology department plays a crucial role in supporting the organisation's operations and growth. Job Description Lead and deliver key IT projects, including a major Azure migration program. Migrate environments, including Active Directory, Office 365, and the deployment and configuration of Intune and Autopilot. Design, implement, and support secure network and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid environment. Provide hands-on delivery across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation, documentation, and handover. Demonstrated cyber security exposure, with practical experience across: FortiGate firewalls, Ubiquiti networking equipment, SD-WAN environments Strong security mindset with experience aligning to the Essential Eight framework (ISO 27001 knowledge advantageous but not required). Comfortable operating in an environment focused on continuous improvement and uplift of systems and processes. Culturally aligned to a highly independent, self-sufficient working style with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliver outcomes end-to-end. Nice to have: Broader exposure to cloud security best practices. Experience in retail or multi-site environments. Prior involvement in enterprise-scale migrations or modern workplace rollouts. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will have: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role working across similar technologies. Willing to learn and take on tasks from start to finish. Relevant qualifications in information technology or a related field. Practical experience with network infrastructure and troubleshooting. Proficiency with network hardware, software, and security protocols. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. The ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
