DNA Healthcare is looking for someone to manage our systems and operations. You’ll make sure our platforms work well together, keep data accurate, and lead our support team. Core Responsibilities Systems & Integration Management Oversee, optimise and automate our CRM/ATS and related tooling; own release readiness and security posture. Identify, deliver and maintain software integrations (API and low?code) that streamline operations and improve data integrity. Collaborate with IT to strengthen system processes. Back-End Team Management Lead a small back?end support team to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting and escalation management. Coach and guide team members; foster accountability and timely issue resolution. Continuous Improvement & Workflows Map current processes; identify bottlenecks and design future-state workflows. Lead experiments to enhance operational efficiency; codify best practices. Drive a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Quality Control Establish measurable quality standards and SLAs for data and processes. Run periodic audits; remediate quality issues and prevent recurrence. Training & Enablement Develop training and SOPs for CRM/ATS and integrated systems; run refreshers. Uplift digital literacy and change adoption across stakeholder groups. Data Management & Security Monitor system performance; resolve technical issues promptly. Implement data governance, retention and privacy controls; steward data lifecycles. What We’re Looking For Degree or 5 years relevant experience. Strong background in information management, systems integration, and process improvement. CRM/ATS admin, integrations, workflow design, data security. Ability to manage and coach a team.
