About the Role Working closely with the Residential Service Manager, Care Manager, and wider clinical team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing clinical care across the facility. You will support, mentor, and guide nursing staff while ensuring best-practice outcomes, strong clinical governance, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
