The Position SSKB Strata Managers have a diverse range of responsibilities, perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service, all while maintaining strong attention to detail. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Managing a portfolio of schemes alongside a strata assistant Attending body corporate meetings, taking minutes, managing relationships with committees Offering expert advice to both clients and stakeholders Preparing budgets Reviewing financial statements Managing arrears Resolving any disputes that may arise The Right Candidate Will Have Previous experience within the body corporate/strata industry, real estate, or facilities management Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload and multiple priorities Strong communication skills, including the ability to attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and liaise effectively with clients and committees A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and professional Experience in financial management, including preparing and reviewing budgets, financials, and arrears management The ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team, to achieve goals and exceed expectations Why Join SSKB?
