Job Description Property Manager - Leasing Agent Sydney $85,000 Commission Property & Leasing Agent Leading Residential Property Group – Sydney Our client is a leading residential property group seeking a motivated Property Manager & Leasing Agent to oversee premium residential buildings across Sydney. This is a unique dual-role opportunity combining building/facilities management with residential leasing responsibilities — ideal for experienced Property Managers looking to become more site-based while maintaining strong resident engagement. This role is ideal for motivated, organised and customer-focused property professionals who want to take ownership of a premium residential building while enjoying the variety and rewards of leasing responsibilities — without managing a dispersed portfolio across multiple suburbs daily. The Role: Each Building Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of one residential building (up to 600 apartments). On larger sites (350 apartments), you’ll be supported by a dedicated Assistant Building Manager. All successful candidates commence as a Relief Building Manager, providing structured onboarding, training, and exposure to multiple sites before being placed permanently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day building operations and maintenance Coordinate contractors and ensure high presentation standards Deliver exceptional resident service Leasing Conduct inspections and host open homes Advertise available apartments Manage initial tenant interactions (Administrative leasing handled by Head Office team) Resident & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong resident relationships Liaise with Strata Committees / HOAs where applicable Collaborate with Facilities and Property Management teams Role Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management or Leasing Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (essential) Sound understanding of building/facilities management Experience engaging with Strata/HOA committees is highly regarded.
