Leading the Corporate Services function in a highly regulated environment, you will provide the organisation with continuity, stability, and strong executive oversight during a transition period. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for People & Culture, ICT (incl. security/CISO), Finance & Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Audit & Governance. The role has four (4) direct reports including the CFO and approx. 25 indirect reports. You will have regular engagement with the Board and the Audit, Risk & Finance Committee, and be available to provide high-quality advice to the CEO, Executive, Board, and Audit, Risk and Finance Committee. Suitable candidates will have strong experience in the oversight of financial management, risk, compliance, audit, and procurement obligations and be highly experienced in maintaining momentum across corporate and enabling functions. You will have experience in supporting organisational culture, workforce planning, and people priorities at the executive level and be able to provide steady, credible leadership through transition and change. You will have senior executive experience, with deep expertise in financial governance, risk, compliance, audit, and procurement. You will be comfortable operating at Board and Audit, Risk and Finance Committee levels, and be known as a credible and experienced people leader, able to step in quickly and support organisational change. Importantly, you will have a pragmatic, calm, and delivery-focused approach with a proven history of delivery at the Executive Director (or equivalent level) with strong public sector experience.
