You will join a team whose aim is to cultivate an agile and engaged organisation, partnering with the organisation to deliver high quality people programs that will ensure readiness to meet current and future challenges. Responsibilities include designing and implementing comprehensive OD initiatives at the enterprise level that support corporate objectives and advance the desired culture and workforce. Suitable candidates must have a financial services background with extensive experience in the design, delivery and measurement of organisational development initiatives, including experience in cultural transformation, performance frameworks and contemporary talent management strategy and practice. You will have a proven record of coaching and influencing senior leaders and teams and expertise in behavioural facilitation, consulting, and performance coaching. You will have advanced capability of organisational and individual diagnostic tools and the ability to analyse data for informed decision-making; and project and change management proficiency.
