This role is part of a major SaaS initiative, building and evolving a mission‑critical enterprise platform used at scale. You will work across modern frontend technologies while maintaining solid backend capability, contributing to the design, security, scalability, and performance of a large‑scale SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities Strong involvement in frontend development (60%), building scalable, high‑quality user interfaces using TypeScript and React. Contribute to backend services (40%) using Java, with Spring Boot experience considered a plus. Work within a SaaS platform environment, helping drive the organisation’s cloud‑based product strategy. Collaborate closely with backend, infrastructure, and platform teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery. Develop and enhance core application and platform components, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability. Apply strong architectural thinking across multi‑application and multi‑platform environments, including areas such as authentication, authorisation, and SSO. Translate strategic product and platform vision into practical, high‑quality technical solutions. Qualifications & Experience Technical Strong experience in fullstack development, with strong hands‑on expertise in TypeScript and React alongside Java for backend. Backend development experience in Spring Boot is desirable. Proven experience working in SaaS environments (public cloud, shared platforms, or multi‑tenant systems). Experience working across frontend, backend, and platform/infrastructure teams. Strong understanding of architecting applications for enterprise-scale, cross‑platform systems. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and help build high‑performing engineering teams. Proactive mindset with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement, supported by real examples from previous roles.
