Staff Software Engineer - .NET / React - AWS & Microservices We're looking to add a Staff Software Engineer to a high‑performing team. This role operates very similarly to a Technical Lead , but with a stronger focus on technical depth , architecture , and ownership , rather than people management. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a senior technical authority across core customer-facing and internal systems. Expect to work across the full stack and own major architectural decisions while delivering hands‑on engineering outcomes. You will: Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex software systems and refactor major technical components. Build and enhance microservices with Event‑Driven Architecture across high‑scale FinTech platforms. Drive technical initiatives and lead projects end‑to‑end, strong technical depth is key. Solve ambiguous, high‑impact engineering challenges while maintaining long‑term technical health. Mentor senior engineers and uplift engineering capability across your domain. Get exposure to data platforms, DevOps, observability, and AI‑driven initiatives.
