Position Purpose The Training Operations/ Coordination Specialist (Temporary/Contract) ensures the smooth coordination and administration of the client’s global customer training programs. This role is key to operational excellence, managing training logistics, and supporting the successful delivery of both virtual and in-person training sessions worldwide. This role is ideal for someone with experience in training operations, educational administration, or event management, who thrives in coordinating complex schedules and delivering excellent customer service. Key Details • Location: Sydney CBD, hybrid work arrangement • Role type: 3-month temporary contract (immediate start, with potential to extend) • Team: Collaborative and high performing The Opportunity In this role, you will: • Manage end-to-end training operations, including scheduling, registration, and logistics • Maintain public schedules for training courses • Coordinate with training partners to schedule and manage partner events • Interact with customers daily, ensuring a smooth training experience • Collaborate with trainers and internal teams for successful program delivery • Maintain training resources and the Learning Management System (LMS) • Process registrations, handle customer inquiries, and track participant feedback • Manage training revenue operations, including CRM updates, invoice processing, registration tracking, and reconciliation • Produce reports and insights on training activity and completions About You – What You’ll Bring You will bring: • Relevant experience or equivalent experience • 3 years’ experience in training operations or educational administration • Experience in financial operations, revenue reconciliation, and vendor management • Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and event registration platforms • Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills • Ability to coordinate complex schedules with attention to detail • Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all training operations • Supporting training operations for a global audience, ensuring correct time zone alignment • Excellent process management and organisational capabilities Desired Expertise: • Experience working with external training partners • Knowledge of virtual learning platforms and training delivery • Exposure to revenue operations or financial administration • Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement • Project management experience or certification Why This Role Will Suit You This is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who enjoys coordinating complex operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and driving operational excellence in a global environment.
