This role works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Business Support teams and Sales Operations leadership to ensure teams are confident, capable and consistently utilising the tools that drive operational efficiency and sales performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys training, systems, process improvement and stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver product and systems training to sales and support teams across the network Design and coordinate structured onboarding programs for new team members Manage the administration, planning and delivery of onboarding and training processes Package and communicate product launches, updates and system changes to the network Develop training metrics and performance insights to measure adoption and effectiveness Act as the internal champion for systems knowledge and utilisation Deliver induction sessions and support new staff onboarding Coordinate systems access setup in collaboration with HR and IT Maintain training materials, onboarding documentation and program records Monitor onboarding effectiveness through feedback, testing and performance metrics Provide recommendations to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as required Deliver in-person training across multiple office locations when required About You: You are a confident communicator who enjoys helping others succeed through training, systems knowledge and operational support. You bring: Strong presentation and facilitation skills Ability to tailor training for different audiences Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability A solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment A proactive, self-managed approach to workload and projects Commitment to delivering high-quality customer and employee experiences Skills & Experience Experience in training, onboarding or systems implementation Strong understanding of real estate operations or property industry processes (highly regarded) Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience developing training materials and onboarding programs Comfortable working within a continuous improvement environment Willingness to travel to offices to deliver in-person training Why This Role?
