Job Description An experienced legal professional is seeking to join the team within the Personal Injury Law department. This permanent, full-time position provides an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to a reputable legal practice at a newly opened branch in the eastern suburbs as the firm continues to grow. As a Lawyer, the responsibilities will include: Providing professional legal advice and representation in personal injury cases Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution Conducting legal research and preparing documentation for court proceedings and negotiations Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as medical professionals and insurance companies, to build strong cases for clients Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences on behalf of clients Staying up-to-date with legislative changes and case law related to personal injury claims Desired Skills and Experience To be considered for this role, candidates should possess: Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate Demonstrable experience in personal injury law Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and case law Strong negotiation and advocacy skills Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of achieving successful client outcomes Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities Ability to work effectively within a team environment Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards
