The role and team You will join a dedicated construction team advising on both front-end contract work and complex back-end disputes. The role involves reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, advising on variations and extensions of time, managing security of payment processes, and contributing to arbitration and litigation matters, including Supreme Court proceedings. You will report to a Special Counsel and work closely with Partners on long-running and document-intensive matters.
