With Queensland preparing for the 2032 Olympic Games, the infrastructure pipeline is only getting bigger. Stadium upgrades, rail expansions, major road packages and urban development projects are either underway or entering delivery phases. We are positioning ourselves to support this long-term infrastructure boom — and we're growing our team to support those needs. You'll be involved in supporting some of the most significant civil infrastructure and Olympic-linked projects in the state. Your focus will be attracting, mobilising and managing blue-collar contractors across ongoing and upcoming works, while proactively building your own talent pipelines. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing and engaging civil construction candidates Managing end-to-end recruitment processes Advertising across job boards and social media Talent mapping for upcoming major infrastructure projects Mobilising workers to site and maintaining strong contractor relationships Building and maintaining networks through referrals and industry connections Working closely with key civil clients to understand workforce needs We're looking for someone who: Has 2 years' experience on-site in civil construction, in a civil office environment, or holds a relevant qualification (Business, Marketing, Construction etc.) Communicates confidently and builds rapport easily Has a genuine interest in major infrastructure and Olympic-related projects Is driven, commercially minded and eager to develop within a growth business Queensland's infrastructure pipeline is entering a once-in-a-generation phase.
