Click here to view position description The Recruitment Officer will carry out recruitment, selection and onboarding activities in accordance with policy and procedure. Partnering with hiring managers, you will enjoy end to end recruitment in a fast-paced environment across a broad portfolio. You are clear a communicator, organised and efficient. You love connecting and building relationships with those you are supporting on the recruitment and selection journey. You will have the support of your fellow People and Culture Team members, who will guide and support you as you settle into the role. Duties Co-ordinate and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process. Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process. Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding. Develop and post engaging job advertisements. Conduct telephone screening, interviews, reference checks. Onboarding activities. Required Willingness to undertake Certificate IV in Human Resources Management. Effective time management skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
