About the Candidate Our client is looking for a female identifying candidate who is passionate about community support and women’s wellbeing. You may have: A Diploma (AOD, Community Services, Mental Health) and 5 years’ sector experience — desirable but not essential A Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Health or related field and 3 years’ experience — desirable but not essential Experience working with women facing complex trauma and co‑occurring issues Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Emotional resilience, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure Competence using Microsoft Office and case management systems Our client is seeking a Case Coordinator to provide therapeutic case management to women experiencing alcohol and other drug dependency. This position supports single women and women with children across residential rehabilitation, supported accommodation, and community outreach.
