Looking to to join a reputable NFP with a long history of supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds? This could be the role for you. Role Your role will be to oversee a large multidisciplinary team that provide support to clients with complex backgrounds, specifically with Mental Health and AOD issues. The service consists of Psychologists, Counsellors, Social Workers and Peer Support Workers who provide support to clients to reduce risks, improve wellbeing. Your role will provide operational oversight, ensure the services are working in line with their contracts as well as clinical oversight as well. Candidate Professional qualifications in social work, psychology or related human services field Experience in supporting and developing teams in the human services space Strong understanding of the challenges clients with mental health and AOD issues face Demonstrated leadership skills Drivers licence.
