About The Role: As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their banking journey with clarity, and confidence. Whether it's answering questions, solving problems, or simply making someone's day a little easier, you'll play a key role in delivering service that feels human, helpful, and heartfelt. This full-time permanent position will involve providing superior service to identify needs, research issues and provide quality solutions. Our Customer Care Team currently operates from 8am–6pm Monday–Friday and we provide full training to help you succeed.
