You’ll oversee field contractors, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all work sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong contractor management skills and a solid understanding of NBN infrastructure. What’s on Offer $45-50p/hr plus Super, Vehicle, Laptop & Phone Work locations - Gold Coast/Brisbane South/North, Sunshine Coast, FNQ Supportive, collaborative project delivery team Tier 1, Industry leaders What You’ll Do Lead and supervise field crews to deliver safe and efficient electrical and telecommunications works Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations and maintenance activities Ensure all work meets compliance, quality, and safety standards Manage contractors, resources, and project timelines Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders What You’ll Bring 2 years’ experience supervising NBN or similar telecommunications projects Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills NBN-enabling qualifications (Simplex/Complex works experience preferred) A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and planning skills Current driver’s licence and full working rights in Australia Willingness to complete police and medical checks About the Company Join a leading infrastructure services organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand.
