A highly skilled maintenance electrician needed for a permanent night shift position Your new company My client is a global leader in the food manufacturing industry, producing some of Australias most loved products. Their Dandenong South facility is a benchmark for automation, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on permanent night shift, Monday to Friday. Your new role As a Maintenance Electrician, youll be responsible for ensuring the electrical reliability of high-speed, automated production and packaging equipment. Your key responsibilities will include: Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and machinery Diagnosing and repairing faults on PLCs, sensors, motors, and control panels Supporting production teams with line changeovers and equipment setups Working with automation and SCADA systems to ensure optimal performance Maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to safety protocols Participating in continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives This is a night shift role, Monday to Friday, offering stability, work-life balance, and plenty of overtime for those looking to increase their earnings.
