About our client, your new employer: Our client is a well-established, sonographer-owned radiology practice operating multiple practices in the area. The team are experienced and passionate, providing a complete range of comprehensive radiology services to the surrounding communities. A little about the role: We are seeking a locum general sonographer to commence ASAP – October 2023. You will work alongside a supportive team. Experience using GE machines will be highly appreciated. Experience scanning across general, MSK, Vascular, small parts is essential. Experience in obstetric scanning is not required. Duties you will be responsible for: Perform high quality ultrasound scans for up to approx. 16 patients a day. Skill set required General | Small Parts | MSK | Gynae and some vascular may be required. Safely operate machinery, computers and perform daily duties. Always provide a high level of patient care. Effectively communicate and collaborate with work colleagues and patients. Skills and Experience: Full ASAR Membership Ability to work across two sites may be required. National Police Check & WWCC for Victoria Previous experience working in a private practice advantageous Have used GE machines advantageous. Appropriate working rights for Australia.
