This stream brings together technology, development, products, design, engagement, and operations to deliver simpler connected services. As The Senior Digital Products Officer, You Will Influence and champion the overall strategy, model and relationship management across government to maintain a high-quality customer experience on the For Government website and for QSS forms. Lead the configuration, vendor and release management and security operations for Queensland Government websites to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the service. Lead the customer and author support including on-boarding and training such that users of the portal are able to get in and achieve their goals as seamlessly as possible. Influence product management for a range of Queensland Government websites including collaboration with stakeholders across all government departments to maintain a roadmap and ensure the continuous improvement of the Forgov portal functionality. Establish and maintain effective relationships with the rest of Digital Channels (SSQ) and agency stakeholders to support the delivery of simpler, clearer and faster public services for Queenslanders.
