Job Description Role Overview As our first point of contact, you will ensure the studio’s technical engine runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve: Frontline Support: Managing the internal help desk, resolving level-one tickets and escalation to our senior team. Hardware Deployment: Assembling, configuring, and deploying high-end workstations and specialised game development hardware. User Management: Provisioning accounts and managing group memberships within Office 365, Google and Active Directory. System Guardian: Monitoring daily backups, tracking system health and ensuring 24/7 network availability. Inventory & Projects: Maintaining an accurate hardware inventory and assisting the wider regional IT team on major infrastructure upgrades.
