About the Role We are seeking an experienced Tradesman Landscaper to take a leadership role onsite, managing project workflow while maintaining a high standard of quality. This is a hands-on position requiring strong organisational skills, client communication ability, and confidence leading a team across multiple project components. You will be responsible for planning and supervising onsite operations, ensuring materials and subcontractors are organised in advance, and driving efficiency across all stages of project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate onsite team workflow and project activities Read and interpret plans to manage project sequence from start to finish Maintain proactive daily communication with our client regarding project progress Organise materials and subcontractors at least two weeks in advance Create and manage project timelines and WIP scheduling Maintain quality control across all onsite work components Conduct toolbox talks and update workflow boards Liaise with clients regarding job progress when required Improve onsite efficiency by utilising team strengths Work hands-on onsite while maintaining organisation and high quality outcomes Skills and Experience Minimum 10 years' experience in the landscaping industry Proven leadership and team management capability Ability to confidently read and interpret plans Strong time management and organisational skills Excellent communication and client-facing skills High attention to detail Ability to balance hands-on trade work with supervisory responsibilities Personable attitude and ability to fit within an established team culture Benefits Competitive remuneration package (based on experience) Opportunity to lead projects and influence onsite workflow Long-term career opportunity Work across high-quality landscaping projects Supportive working environment About the Company This opportunity is with one of our valued clients, a respected business known for delivering quality landscaping projects and maintaining strong industry standards.
