This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Category Manager to join a collaborative commercial team and play a key role in shaping procurement capability across the business. Working closely with leadership and operational stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor, driving value through strategic sourcing, strong contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end source-to-contract activities across a broad range of categories Manage RFx processes including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award Oversee post-award contract management including variations, claims, and performance management Analyse spend data to identify cost-saving and value optimisation opportunities Strengthen procurement governance, compliance, and process standardisation Partner with internal stakeholders to uplift procurement capability through workshops and guidance Build strong, trusted relationships and act as a commercial advisor across the organisation Contribute to broader transformation and continuous improvement initiatives About You You are an experienced procurement or category management professional who thrives in a business partnering environment. You enjoy working closely with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and driving commercial outcomes that balance cost, quality, and service delivery.
