Job Title: Electrician (maintenance) Position based in Brisbane Position is Permanent Start is ASAP. Our client is a privately owned Company with facilities in Victoria and QLD, providing a full range of food solutions. They are one of the largest poultry processors in Australia, supplying major brands across QSR/FCD, General Trade & Retail markets. They are currently in an exciting phase, building a purpose built, state of the art factory at the Port of Brisbane. About the role They are looking to recruit an energetic and motivated Maintenance Electrician who is prepared to work across day and afternoon shifts. The role will be based initially at the Eagle Farm poultry processing facility in Eagle Farm Brisbane. With the completion of the factory they will relocate to Port West. The role will provide support to the Engineering Manager and Production team by providing quality and efficient maintenance services during planned maintenance, breakdowns and the installation of new plant and equipment. What you'll need to succeed You will need your Queensland Electrical licence PLC experience is desirable A minimum of 3 years' experience You have a good understanding fault finding and repair on production machinery. Previous experience in FMCG environment with the understanding of good manufacturing processes and hygiene requirements You should have experience identifying areas for improvement and the ability to follow these through from plan to end result. Experience with high speed packing machines, conveyors, sensors, packers, etc Ability to execute and adhere to Preventative Maintenance programs such as MEX Interested?
