Apex Dining , located in South Murwillumbah NSW 2484, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Planning, organising and coordinating the overall operations of the restaurant Managing daily service to ensure high standards of customer service and dining experience Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and liaising with suppliers Maintaining records of stock, sales and financial transactions Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations Supervising, training and rostering staff Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner Assisting in implementing marketing and promotional activities to support business growth About you: At least one year of relevant work experience as a Restaurant Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Sound knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service standards Ability to manage budgets, control costs and monitor financial performance Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
