They are committed to safe operations, quality standards, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. An opportunity is available for a motivated and reliable Loader Operator to join their team. What You Will Be Doing: Loading hoppers with fertiliser product Pushing up stockpiles using mobile plant Operating a weighbridge Bagging fertiliser products as required Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace Following established SOPs and work practice criteria Identifying and reporting workplace hazards Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with quality control requirements Contributing to a positive, safe, and productive team environment What You Will Need: Current LL Loader ticket Current LF High Risk Forklift Licence Skid steer ticket (desirable) Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude Ability to work under pressure Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Understanding of basic quality control procedures Ability to recognise basic quality faults and deviations Strong commitment to safe work practices and hazard reporting Whats In It For You: Work within a well-established facility Supportive team environment Opportunity to further develop plant operation skills Monday to Friday Apply Now Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by clicking the Apply Now button.
