We’re looking for customer‑centric, confident communicators to join our Customer Service Centre in Erskine Park. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering a positive service experience — both over the phone and face-to-face. Our Customer Service team works closely with multiple internal departments and truly acts as the engine room of the business, keeping communication flowing and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, end-to-end experience. This is not a sales role, but a service-driven position supporting long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to our trade and business customers via phone and email Liaise daily with internal departments such as operations, scheduling, logistics, and sales to resolve enquiries and issues Coordinate information across teams to ensure smooth customer outcomes Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-through Maintain accurate records and customer information Contribute positively to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment About You We’re looking for someone who is: Customer-centric with a positive, can-do attitude A confident and professional communicator Resilient and calm when handling challenges or competing priorities Proactive, organised, and solution-focused What you’ll bring Strong communication skills — clear, professional and confident A genuinely customer‑first mindset A positive attitude and the resilience to handle fast-paced days A proactive approach to problem solving Own transport required due to limited public transport in the area Experience with Cisco, Citrix or Salesforce is advantageous but not essential — we’ll train you.
