What you will be doing Developing and executing regional sales strategies to deliver revenue and market share growth Leading, coaching and developing a team of Territory Managers across Vic, Tas, SA and WA, with flexibility in final state alignment Building high-level relationships with interventional specialists, hospital executives and procurement stakeholders Driving adoption of advanced neurovascular technologies within complex hospital environments Managing forecasting, budgets and KPI reporting to ensure commercial discipline Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing capability uplift within the team Representing the business at industry meetings and key customer engagements Partnering cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions and operational excellence Skills & Experience may include Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline Minimum 8 years’ sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven success within medical device or pharmaceutical hospital sales Strong understanding of hospital procurement pathways and tender processes Experience managing multi-state territories highly regarded Demonstrated ability to build strategy, analyse performance data and execute effectively Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability A people-focused leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams Confident communicator able to engage senior clinical and executive stakeholders This role will suit an experienced Sales Leader ready to step into a growth-focused position within a respected global organisation investing heavily in its specialist portfolio.
