About the Role – Individual Support Trainee As a Support Worker trainee, you’ll be guided by experienced mentors and work directly with elders and community members, helping them live with dignity, independence, and respect. You'll complete the CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support alongside your practical work, building both your knowledge and your confidence.
