Enhance the CAM capability within ServiceNow and implement controls automation 6-month initial contract with likely extension hybrid work flexibility Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance the Continuous Authorization & Monitoring (CAM) capability within ServiceNow. This is a hands-on development role focused on building and maintaining controls-based automation and evidence collection workflows within the IRM/GRC modules. Role Focus The role will concentrate on development, configuration, and optimisation of IRM/GRC solutions and CAM functionality rather than high-level architecture or platform strategy. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow CAM and IRM/GRC functionality to support automated monitoring of IT security controls Build and enhance controls automation solutions , including automated evidence collection, testing workflows, and compliance reporting Develop robust workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and dashboards within IRM/GRC modules Translate detailed security, risk, and compliance control requirements into practical, working ServiceNow implementations Work closely with IT Security and Compliance stakeholders to continuously improve automation coverage and reporting accuracy Required Experience Demonstrated hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer Strong and practical experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules , including building production-grade automation Proven background in developing controls automation within ServiceNow (workflows, automated evidence gathering, integrations) Solid JavaScript development skills within ServiceNow Clear understanding of core ServiceNow platform principles , including: database design referential integrity data relationships integrations between tables and modules Nice to Have Direct implementation experience with ServiceNow CAM ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – GRC/IRM) Background working closely with IT security, risk, or compliance teams Experience with recognised controls frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2 If this sounds like you, please apply within or send your application via email to chom.au Apply Now
