This is a highly influential individual contributor role, partnering closely with senior leaders to align business objectives with scalable, future-ready technology architecture. You will uplift enterprise architecture capability, lead governance and forums, mentor architects, and provide trusted strategic advice across Digital and Member Experience domains. What you’ll be doing Define and uplift enterprise architecture frameworks, principles and governance Partner with senior business and technology leaders to drive alignment and value Lead architecture forums and contribute to Architecture Review Boards Own application portfolio management, rationalisation and roadmaps Develop conceptual, reference and target-state architectures Translate business objectives into capability models and delivery roadmaps Mentor Enterprise, Solution and Domain Architects Provide program-level architecture oversight across major initiatives What you’ll bring 3 years’ experience in a senior enterprise architecture role Proven ability to advise and influence senior leadership Experience across business, application, data and technology architecture Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Broad technology knowledge with a strategic mindset Experience in Digital and Member Experience environments Desirable: TOGAF/Zachman, financial services experience, AI-enabled initiatives, architecture leadership exposure.
