Overview Join us for a day-long discovery program! This program is designed for women who are curious about careers in quantitative trading, software development, equity research, and business operations at Susquehanna. This experience offers a behind-the-scenes look at how we think, solve problems, and evaluate talent across our roles. Throughout the day you’ll have the ability to hear from women across a variety of roles and seniority. You’ll have the ability to participate in a Q&A, networking, and candid conversations about navigating and thriving in quantitative careers. They’ll share their career journeys, discuss what success looks like across different teams, and how to prepare for a rigorous interview process. Whether you’re exploring career paths, preparing for interviews, or simply curious about the world of quantitative trading, this program is designed to demystify the process, build confidence, and provide practical insight. The event will be held July. We will be in touch regarding next steps for attendance in May.
