This role is perfect for either: An experienced Leading Hand ready to manage day-to-day site operations, or A strong commercial labourer / trade assistant keen to step up into a leadership role The project is within a live operational facility, so professionalism, organisation, and communication on site are essential. Your Role Lead and coordinate trades on a day-to-day basis Maintain a safe, organised and compliant worksite Manage contractor sign-in / sign-out procedures Support project delivery and keep works on program Act as the on-site point of contact Report updates using iPad-based systems This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be actively involved while guiding the team.
