What You Will Be Doing: In this role you will be working Monday Friday, 6:30AM 4:30PM. on site. You will be responsible for the below duties: Operate and monitor the concrete batching plant to produce mixes to specification Accurately batch raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) according to mix designs Adjust water and admixture dosages based on moisture content and weather conditions Perform pre-start checks on plant, silos, conveyors, weigh hoppers, and control systems Monitor slump, workability, and consistency to ensure quality compliance Conduct moisture tests and input corrections into batching system Maintain production records and batch tickets Monitor stock levels of raw materials and notify when reordering is required Clean and maintain plant equipment, including mixers and hoppers What You Will Need: Drivers license & reliable transport Previous experience in a batcher role Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work autonomously and run the batch plant yourself Construction white card Whats in it for you?
