As Campaign Manager, you are the strategic engine behind every campaign. You translate the Founder's creative vision across the entire marketing function ensuring every campaign, channel, and piece of copy reflects the story, emotion, and purpose behind it. You think like a strategist, create like a storyteller, and deliver like a producer. You're equally at home presenting at C-suite level as you are rolling up your sleeves to bring a campaign to life across every touchpoint What you’ll do Partner with the Founder and Head of Design to develop campaign strategies and concepts, presenting creative direction for approval and ensuring alignment with brand vision at every stage. Translate approved vision into clear strategy, messaging, and channel plans across social, email, web, retail, PR, and paid media. Own all campaign copywriting and tone of voice across the business — from taglines and product descriptions to emails and retail signage. Lead three core campaign types: Bi-Monthly Collection, Category Growth, and Product-Specific campaigns. Brief and coordinate creative teams (photography, videography, design) and manage production timelines with precision. Collaborate across marketing, retail, and e-commerce to ensure seamless, consistent campaign execution online and in-store. Monitor campaign performance, optimise live activity, and share post-campaign insights to inform future collections. Contribute market trends, cultural insights, and customer behaviour to continuously elevate the brand. About You Senior experience in creative strategy, campaign leadership, and end-to-end production — fashion, beauty, or lifestyle background ideal. An exceptional copywriter and storyteller with a portfolio demonstrating emotive, elevated brand work. Confident presenting to and partnering with founders, creative directors, and C-suite leaders. Skilled at leading multi-channel campaigns across social, email/CRM, retail, PR, and paid media. A strong project leader who thrives in fast-paced, multi-campaign environments with multiple stakeholders. Does this sound like you?
