About the Role Located in Brisbane or Sydney , you’ll work closely with reliability, production, and logistics teams to coordinate maintenance windows, shutdowns, and capital works to ensure everything is compliant, well‑communicated, and delivered safely. What You’ll Do Prioritise, plan and schedule maintenance for employees/contractors to budget and on time Coordinate planned shutdowns, major rebuilds and capital works integration Manage and optimise the PM program in CMMS, including master data Oversee contractor management, safe systems of work Drive continuous improvement to boost OEE and reduce failures Report weekly KPIs and ensure statutory/OHS/food safety critical maintenance is prioritised and compliant What You’ll Bring 2 years' maintenance planning experience in manufacturing Proven experience in PM planning/scheduling, CMMS management and shutdown coordination Experience with high-speed processing/packaging equipment and contractor management Strong understanding of maintenance processes, statutory requirements and food safety standards Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills; intermediate-advanced MS Office Team player who thrives unsupervised with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Desirable Qualified with an Electrical or Mechanical background Experience using CMMS software (MEX desirable) Experience in food manufacturing/ processing FMCG.
