About the Role: You will be involved in all aspects of the Plastics production processes, including: Operating modern automated plastics extrusion, conversion and recycling machinery Manufacturing finished goods including plastic bags and stretch film Carrying out basic maintenance on machines Completing process control documentation accurately and diligently This role operates on a rotating 4‑on / 4‑off roster with 12‑hour shifts: • Day shift: 5:45 am – 5:45 pm • Night shift: 5:45 pm – 5:45 am About you: We welcome applicants who are new to plastics manufacturing but have an interest in machine operation and a willingness to learn. The successful applicant will ideally have: A can-do attitude and be a great team player Effective problem-solving skills A strong mechanical aptitude, safety and quality-focus A high attention to detail Experience in plastics, blown film or HACCP is welcome but not required .
