We are currently looking for an Architect with a minimum of 10 years’ healthcare experience to work with one of Australia's leading practices. You must have a solid track record of working across large-scale hospitals and health infrastructure from inception to completion. A solid all-rounder with excellent design and technical abilities and outstanding communication skills honed from your experience interfacing with user groups and engaging with stakeholders. You will play an important role by assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of several healthcare projects, contributing from briefing through to documentation and construction. Key Responsibilities Facilitate user group workshops and stakeholder consultation sessions Liaise directly with project leaders, architects, healthcare planners, designers, specialist consultants and end users Translate clinical planning requirements into practical and innovative design solutions Contribute to project briefing, planning and design development Prepare and coordinate high-quality Revit documentation packages Resolve planning, operational and technical design challenges Mentor and support junior team members where required Ensure project outcomes align with evidence-based design principles and best-practice healthcare planning This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex planning and technical challenges, engaging directly with stakeholders and contributing to meaningful projects that have a lasting impact on communities.
