An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Sourcing & Contracts Specialist to lead complex sourcing, contracting and commercial governance activities across a large, operationally focused environment. This role holds category accountability for Shipping & Logistics, ensuring contracting strategies support effective logistics execution and broader supply chain outcomes. Key responsibilities: Lead end-to-end sourcing activity, including market engagement, evaluation and contract negotiation Provide commercial governance across contract frameworks, approvals, variations and obligations Own and drive category strategy for Shipping & Logistics Strengthen supplier/contract performance management and manage commercial risk Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose commercial solutions Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, processes and ways of working Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Strong background in sourcing, contracts and commercial management at a senior level Degree qualified in Business, Laws, Engineering, Supply Chain or relevant industry Experience across Shipping & Logistics category contracting/sourcing is highly regarded Proven ability to negotiate and influence across a broad stakeholder group Clear, pragmatic approach with a strong governance and risk mindset Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
