You will be a safety‑focused, technically confident operator who brings: Hands‑on experience driving diesel-powered railcars and/or locomotives, in a freight network. Strong knowledge of rail safe working procedures, personal safety equipment, and emergency protocols. Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve operational issues on the move. Good communication skills and the capability to work both independently and as part of a high‑performing team. Good problem‑solving ability, using sound judgment to keep services running safely and efficiently.
